After graduating from high school Marion joined the Army and spent nine years serving his country. Upon honorable discharge from the Armed Forces, he embarked on a 27-year employment with the State of Florida. Marion added to his active public service by becoming a certified high school sports official in 1998. At present he referees football and basketball at the high school level. He has officiated numerous playoff and championship games.
Retirement from full time employment in 2017 was welcomed giving time to seek other life goals. Marion motivated himself to find endeavors that would not only challenge him but also feed his desire of growth and life-long learning. This desire led him to become a real estate agent.

Marion obtained his Real Estate license in August of 2020 and shortly afterwards joined Keller Williams Town and Country. He chose Keller Williams due their customer first reputation and highly knowledgeable agents willing to share their experience and expertise with other agents.

With seven years of experience in the forest industry, Hank brings a specialized skill set and deep understanding of land to the real estate world. Throughout his career in forestry, land management, timber procurement, and now real estate, he has built strong relationships by working directly with landowners, clients, and investors to help them make informed decisions and achieve their goals. His background includes working as a consulting forester in land management as well as a procurement forester, where he worked directly with landowners purchasing standing timber and helping evaluate the value and potential of timberland properties.

Since earning his real estate license in 2021, Hank has focused on helping clients buy and sell residential, commercial, and land properties, with a strong emphasis on timberland, vacant land, commercial land, and investment opportunities. His firsthand experience in forestry gives clients a unique advantage when navigating land transactions, from understanding timber value and property access to evaluating long-term land potential and usability.

In addition to his real estate experience, Hank recently expanded his professional background into environmental consulting, further strengthening his knowledge of land use considerations, environmental factors, and property evaluation. This combination of forestry, environmental insight, and real estate expertise allows him to provide clients with practical guidance and a well-rounded perspective throughout every transaction.
